Frequently asked questions

What is a Nap Concert, exactly?

Think live music meets guided rest. It's a dreamy, immersive concert where you're encouraged to lie down, unplug, and drift into deep relaxation (or sleep!) while live musicians play soothing soundscapes.

What should I bring?

Bring whatever will keep you cozy: pajamas, yoga mat, a comfy blanket, favorite pillow, eye mask, emotional support stuffed animal—we won’t judge.

Sit and sleep? Will there be chairs?

Some...and a comfy couch!! But, this is a floor show. We provide a soft, clean space and air chairs to recline but you bring the rest (see “What should I bring?”).

Is this accessible for people with mobility needs?

We do our best to host in ADA-accessible spaces. If you need specific accommodations, please contact us in advance.

But I snore!!!

That's okay! We consider snoring a five-star review.

Is this a performance I watch?

Not quite. This is music you feel. No stage, no clapping, no pressure. Just you, the sound, and maybe a brief journey to the dream realm.

Will there be snacks and drinks?

We’re here to lull you into dreamland, not have you up and down for the bathroom. But don’t worry—at the end of the evening, we’ll have a lovely spread of tea, drinks, and light snacks to help you gently reawaken and connect with your new friends. So come for the calm, stay for the treats!

What’s the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Life happens, but please give us a heads-up.

Can I book a private Nap Concert?

Absolutely. We offer private sessions for wellness retreats, corporate events, and brave birthday parties. Reach out for details.

What if I need to show up late or leave early

We recommend arriving on time to settle in before the music begins. If you need to leave early, do so quietly to keep the nap vibes undisturbed.

Is this appropriate for kids?

Generally, this is designed for adults seeking a rest reset. Quiet, older children are welcome if they can lie still for the duration.

Do I actually have to nap?

Nope. Napping is encouraged but not required. You can meditate, daydream, or simply vibe in a horizontal position without any guilt.

What kind of music will be played?

Expect a blend of ambient, acoustic, classical, and meditative tones—performed live by professional musicians who know how to hold a mood.
